•Even with the strong presence of B&FIS in Nepal, they are unable to touch or provided the services in the rural areas.
•NRB is unable to reduce the existing poverty levels.
•NRB is unable to maintain the price stability, Maintain BOP and Full employment conditions.
•There is presence of unhealthy competitions among the B&FIS in Nepal which result in decrease in expected profit of banks.
•Difficult for maintaining economic stability (आर्थिक स्थायित्व कायम गर्ने ) in the country and desired level ( Target level ) of inflation and economic growth rate.
•Difficult for continue of FSRP ( Financial sector reform program ) for maintaining financial sectors stability.
•Involvement of politics in the selection of higher level of employees.
•Difficult for maintaining good and trustable payment and banking system and adopt of new technology.
•Difficult for development of trust of people toward B&FIS.
